Helen is a GB Age Group Triathlete (all distances up to Ironman), part of the Thames Turbo PowerBar race team.
She raced in Honolulu, Lausanne, Hamburg, Clearwater and Las Vegas, aiming for Kona in 2012. Before triathlon, She was a British Junior 400m runner, County Back Stroke Swimmer, County Hockey and Netball player.
Helen is the physiotherapy Clinical Manager at the City clinic, specialising in acupuncture, sports injuries and women health. Her first hand experience of training and racing at international level is invaluable. If you are injured, she is the woman you need!
Helen is working at the Everyday Training Lanzarote Ironman Training Camp for TheTriTouch in April 2012.
