Helen is a GB Age Group Triathlete (all distances up to Ironman), part of the Thames Turbo PowerBar race team.
She raced in Honolulu, Lausanne, Hamburg, Clearwater and Las Vegas. She was aiming for Kona in 2012, but is now expecting her first baby instead, a different kind of endurance event! Before triathlon, She was a British Junior 400m runner, County Back Stroke Swimmer, County Hockey and Netball player.
Helen specialises in acupuncture, sports injuries and women health. Her first hand experience of training and racing at international level is invaluable. If you are injured, she is the woman you need!
Helen was working at the Everyday Training Lanzarote Ironman Training Camp for TheTriTouch in April 2012.
She is currently having a baby break and is setting up a practice in a purpose built treatment room at home from April/May 2013.Appointments will be available Tuesdays, Thursdays and at weekends, details will be available through TheTriTouch website. The practice will be in Hampton, specialising in sports injuries, women’s health including pregnancy and acupuncture.
