Tierney is a level 4 Sports Massage therapist. Following on from her undergraduate degree at Loughborough University in Sport and Exercise Science, where she specialised in Sports Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, Tierney was keen to further enhance her knowledge of the body and utilise her love of everything sport related.
Engaging in sport from a young age Tierney is used to being dedicated and hard working. She possesses knowledge on the most buoyant wetsuit to the best compression gear, hence triathlon is what she lives and breathes (she works at Sigma Sport, marketing and retail).
Tierney is looking forward to working with the best, building up experiences and expanding her knowledge by working with TheTriTouch team. She was part of the L2P crew for 2011 and looked after Team UK Youth at their Gran Canaria training camp in 2012.
